STRATEGI TRANSFORMASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN DARUL FIKRI KUBU RAYA

This study aims to formulate strategies to improve the quality of education at Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri, Sungai Kakap District. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this research explores the potential and challenges faced by the pesantren in responding to the dynamics of the times and social changes. The identification of potential highlights the strength of human resources and community harmony, while the challenges include a lack of facilities, financial constraints, and an unintegrated curriculum. The proposed strategies include defining the mission and objectives, developing the curriculum, improving facilities, and implementing extracurricular programs. The implementation of these strategies is expected to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of Pondok Pesantren Darul Fikri in meeting the demands of modern education while upholding Islamic values.
