ETIKA MANAJEMEN DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN SEKOLAH: MEMBANGUN INTEGRITAS DAN AKUNTABILITAS DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN

Management ethics in school leadership is an important aspect in creating an educational environment that is transparent, with integrity, and accountable. School leadership based on management ethics can increase public trust in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze how the principles of management ethics can be applied in school leadership to build integrity and accountability. The research method used is a literature review by collecting and analyzing various related academic sources. The results of the study show that the application of strong management ethics in school leadership can improve the quality of education, strengthen relationships between stakeholders, and create a more conducive learning environment. Therefore, ethics-based leadership is indispensable in the management of professional and responsible educational institutions.
