Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual perception, personality, and dimensions of perception in the context of organizational behavior. The research focuses on the educational organization environment to understand how individual perception and personality influence the effectiveness of teamwork in achieving organizational goals. The method used is a literature review by examining various scientific sources, such as organizational behavior textbooks, national and international journals, and relevant academic publications. Data are analyzed descriptively and analytically by presenting interrelated theories, then synthesized to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between perception, personality, and the dynamics of organizational behavior. The results of the study indicate that positive perceptions and personality that are aligned with job demands can increase motivation, cooperation, and organizational effectiveness. Conversely, misperceptions and personality differences that are not well managed have the potential to lead to conflict, misjudgment, and decreased team performance. These findings emphasize the importance of managers' role in understanding individual character and perception in order to manage human resources fairly, inclusively, and productively. In addition to providing theoretical contributions to enriching the organizational behavior literature, this study also provides a basis for developing adaptive and sustainable management strategies.
