A superior leadership model for addressing global challenges is adaptive, inclusive, and transformative leadership, capable of integrating strategic thinking, intercultural understanding, the use of technology, and a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. Leaders must develop the ability to motivate and empower teams across
geographic, cultural, and political boundaries, and possess a strong global vision to achieve shared goals. Superiority is an attitude driven by a desire for excellence.
This research aims to improve leaders' ability to direct, inspire, and mobilize teams or organizations to adapt and innovate in a complex global landscape. This is achieved by encouraging creativity and innovation, utilizing diverse perspectives, and creating a stable and productive work environment despite rapid change and uncertainty in the global environment.
The results of this research include increased follower trust and loyalty, the ability to achieve the organization's vision and goals, and the creation of a culture that supports growth and innovation. This model also encourages leaders to demonstrate integrity, take personal risks for the benefit of followers, and inspire team members to contribute emotionally and professionally to shared success.
