This study aims to analyze the role of organizational actors in shaping individual and group interactions, to understand the basic concepts of organizational behavior, and to explore the interrelation between motivation, communication, and coordination in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. The research method applied is library research, utilizing secondary data derived from scientific journals, books, and academic literature relevant to the subject matter. The selection of literature was carried out selectively by considering relevance, credibility, and recency of the sources to ensure the validity of the data analyzed. The analysis was conducted in a descriptive-critical manner to examine organizational systems that possess structures, objectives, and behaviors arranged to achieve specific outcomes. The findings indicate that individual and group behavior play a crucial role in organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, strong motivation, effective communication, and good coordination are proven to be determining factors in achieving goals. These findings highlight the importance of organizational behavior as a strategic foundation for understanding organizational dynamics while enhancing performance, stability, and competitiveness in an ever-changing environment.
